Viborg and Aalborg

Today I left my cousins. Apparently I was right, it was hard to leave, but now it is fine. We drove from the middle of Jutland up to the Northern part of the country. Tomorrow I go to the Northern part of Denmark. The "Alaska of Denmark" if you will. Today we drove to Viborg where we stopped by a domkirke. This was an interesting domkirke. I liked it because of the chalk paintings on every free surface. I don't need to see the Sistine Chapel now, because I say Virborg Domkirke's paintings. It was pretty cool. There was also a crypt, which was "fun" to look at. Then we walked a little bit to find Viborg's South Parish church, which was a sister church to the cathedral. This one has an amazing altarpiece which I got really close to. My brother played the organ (which was a pretty small one) here as well. He almost played it in the cathedral, but they were renovating it so he couldn't. We then drove to Aalborg and say the domkirke there as well. This one was the smallest in Denmark, and I did not enjoy it because it was so small. It had a very nice tower top. It looked Arabian, and the weather vane is coated in gold. I really like the top of the tower...We then drove to the city I am in know. Here we climbed to the top of a light tower, and then walked in the German WWII bunker ruins. That was cool. We then ate dinner, and went to bed.
